By promoting Solar Innovator, you hereby agree to the following terms of service. If an affiliate breaches the following terms they will be instantly banned/blacklisted from promoting our products, and any future sales will be voided without warning.
NOTICE: No Affiliate advertising may include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state advertising and consumer protection laws, regulations and guidelines as set forth below. All affiliates must affirmatively agree to our Advertising Rules before enrolling in our affiliate program. Any violation of these Traffic Restrictions and our Advertising Rules will result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate agreement, and potential legal action.
Do not spam! We do not tolerate SPAM. Please do not send SPAM to promote our product. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from you, the sender. We will hold any affiliates liable for damages and lost money if we find that you are SPAMMING. Any affiliates found to be sending spam emails to promote this program will have their account terminated immediately.
1. Affiliates may NOT copy, transcribe, paraphrase, reproduce or otherwise use in any format any: text, video, segment of video, images or files found on this website or within this website's content in their promotions other than those provided to affiliates for promotional use on this official Solar Innovator affiliates page.
2. Affiliates may not include any content that is deceptive, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with all federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines in all affiliate advertisements and promotions.
3. Affiliates may not use any Solar Innovator “before and after photos” or user testimonials in their promotions unless permitted under our Advertising Rules and in compliance with the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
4. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using AI deepfake technology (content that impersonates any person) in any form of advertising or promotional content.
5. Affiliates may not run Google Adwords (or any Google property) by bidding on “Solar Innovator” based keywords, use the term “Solar Innovator” in any pay-per-click advertisements, use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to "scam" or "fraud", or create customer incentives for purchasing Solar Innovator. You may not make any representation or warranties about the quality or sustainability of our products or services whatsoever.
6. Affiliates may NOT bid on keywords, "brand-bidding" (word, sentence or phrase) on any search engine such as Google, Bing and Yahoo where any part of the keyword targeted contains the word “Solar Innovator”
7. Affiliates can NOT run any PPC brand campaigns. This includes but is not limited to Google, Facebook, Bing, Instagram, Pinterest nor bid on any Solar Innovator related keywords.
8. Affiliates may not use press releases as a means of advertising or promoting our products, services, or brand. Do not advertise your own bonuses or anything additional of your own.
9. Affiliates may not promote Solar Innovator on retail sites, auction sites, or app stores such as Amazon, eBay, Google Store, Apple App Store, or any other similar online marketplaces, in any way, shape, or form (this includes products created by you or by us), including Craigslist, Kijiji, Gumtree, or any other classified ad network.
10. Affiliates may not bypass Solar Innovator pages to generate orders, whether by directing customers to unauthorized checkout pages, creating unauthorized landing pages, or using any means to circumvent our official sales process. Do not advertise incorrect pricing and do not direct link to any order form.
11. Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of the Solar Innovator! product and must make it clear that the page is a REVIEW page and you're being compensated for the review. Therefore, any page and all creative contained therein must include the word 'REVIEW' in the title, the url and any graphics used in the cover image or profile image. This includes blogs, webpages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or ANY OTHER online entity whether or not it is considered to be "social media".
12. Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Solar Innovator from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms. Solar Innovator shall not be responsible to approve any Affiliate Ads. Compliance is solely with the Affiliate and the Affiliate represents and warrants that it shall have legal review of all Affiliate Ads for all necessary and required compliance. Affiliates take full responsibility for their advertising.
13. Affiliates may not employ spying tools or any similar technology with the intention of duplicating or replicating successful advertisements, i.e., not use software or services to monitor, copy, or analyze the advertisements of other affiliates or the company itself.
14. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from utilizing adware as a means of advertising Solar Innovator.
15. Affiliates may not create any advertisements that falsely represent them as the creator or owner of Solar Innovator. It is strictly forbidden to create apps for sale or for giveaway using the Solar Innovator! brand. You are also not allowed to create any other products using our brand name, for sale or for giveaway (in other words - no free reports, books, or apps branded with our brand name whatsoever).
16. Affiliates understand Solar Innovator is solely responsible for customer service.
17. Affiliates' websites, promotions and material (regardless of country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act ("FTC Act"), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 ("CAN-SPAM Act"), Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising ("FTC Testimonials Guide"), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
